If your screen says the house's copy of your account no longer lists this device, it is not your phone and it is not your signal. Reinstalling will not fix it, and there is nothing wrong with what you did.
It means the house has removed this device's access — usually after someone left the team, changed phones, or the invite was replaced.
⚠️ The commonest cause is the one nobody guesses: the house sent you a new invite. Issuing one always cuts off whichever device was linked before, because that is what lets you move to a new phone. If you asked them to text you the link again, that is almost certainly what happened — ask for the newest one and open it. Your figures stay on screen but stop updating, and they are the last ones that reached this phone.
Ask the house to send you a fresh invite. Nothing you have already sent them is lost — your sales, returns and deposits are in their records exactly as you submitted them, and so is what you are owed or owe. Entering the new code links this phone again — My Stock → Connection → Enter an Invite Code — and your figures catch up.
