Paying the House

This is one screen in PepStockApp StoreGoogle Play

There are two buttons on your balance, and they do different jobs.

Make a Payment settles what you owe. It starts filled in with your balance, and you can change it — paying more than you owe is fine, and the extra stays as credit against your next sales. The screen tells you the split before you send it. It is greyed out when you owe nothing, because there is nothing to settle.

Make a Deposit is money down in advance, before the sales come in. It becomes credit against what you owe — your balance shows your unpaid sales minus that credit.

Where to send it. Both screens list how the house takes money — Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, crypto — with the ones that have a link ready to tap and the rest ready to copy. If nothing is listed, the house has not filled those in yet; ask them, and say how you sent it in the note. Send the money first, then submit, so they know to expect it.

Once they confirm it, the credit applies automatically. Your statement lists every deposit, how much has been used, and what's still available.

When the house asks you first. They can also request a deposit, usually before sending more stock. It appears in your deposits list marked as asked for by them. Nothing is owed differently and nothing is booked yet — it is a message, not a charge, and your balance does not move.

Send the money however you normally pay them, then tap I've Sent It. That turns it into a deposit waiting for their confirmation, exactly like one you started yourself, and the credit applies when they confirm it. The date on it is the day you sent the money, not the day they asked — which is why a request has no date until you act on it.
