Attach certificates of analysis to any inventory line — they're stored with the product, sync through iCloud, and preview in-app. If you consume a unit for testing, open the purchase and use Adjust Stock Count with the reason Testing, so counts and costs stay accurate.
Team members automatically receive the documents for products they hold, so they can show buyers proof right from their phone.
Sending one to a buyer. Every certificate has a share button, so it goes out by text, email or anything else on the share sheet — the file when there is one, the vendor's link when there isn't.
It can also travel on the receipt. When you share a receipt for a sale whose products have certificates, PepStock asks whether to include them, and binds them onto the back as one PDF. One document survives being forwarded; a receipt plus three loose files does not.
You choose which certificate goes. If you hold several batches of the same compound from different vendors, PepStock shows you all of them and ticks only the batch this sale drew from — so the buyer's paperwork certifies what they were actually handed, and nothing else rides along. Each one shows a thumbnail of the first page and its batch number, and tapping it opens the certificate full-size, because a file named `scan_04.pdf` tells you nothing. Untick anything you don't want; tick another batch only if you know it covers what you handed over.
If the sale doesn't record which batch it came from, nothing is ticked and you pick from the full list yourself — the app won't guess. A link-only certificate has no page to attach, so its address is printed on the receipt instead.
A certificate that's a photo or a scan is printed to fill the page, so a small snap of a lab sheet is still readable in the buyer's hands. It is never stretched — the shape of the page it came from is kept.
Every line on a receipt names the strength as well as the compound — "Retatrutide 10 mg", not "Retatrutide" — so a buyer who takes two sizes of the same peptide can tell from the paper which is which. That goes for a sale you typed, one you imported from a sales report, and one read out of a spreadsheet.
