Clients, the add-client button in the top corner, then Export Client List writes a CSV of your clients: their contact details, when they last bought, what they owe you, and the compounds each one actually orders with quantities.
It's your own book. The person you buy from never sees it — it's built from what's on your device, and nothing about your clients is ever sent upstream.
The file reads back into Import from CSV / Contacts, so it's also how you move to a new phone.
