After you log a sale, Share Receipt on the confirmation makes one. You can also make one later: press and hold any sale under My Sales and choose Share Receipt — that's the one for a buyer who comes back asking for paperwork.
The receipt is yours. Your business name, your logo, your phone and website, and the price your buyer paid. What you owe the house never appears on it — that's between you and them.
Set whether it reads *paid* or *balance due* before you send it; the app has no way to know, and it shouldn't guess on a document your buyer keeps.
If the products have certificates of analysis synced to you, they can be bound onto the back as one PDF. One document survives being forwarded; a receipt plus loose files does not.
