Stock of one compound can come from more than one delivery, and each delivery has its own certificate. To tell them apart, look at the order number written on the label first — that is what the house wrote across everything in that shipment — and then at the cap.
Your stock and your certificates show the cap as a coloured dot, with the cap type spelled out beside it when it has been recorded. Two deliveries can arrive with the same colour cap in different types, and those are different batches with different paperwork.
When you make a receipt, match the order number on what you handed over to the one on the certificate. The house's suppliers are never shown to you — the order number is on the label in your hand, and that is what identifies it.
On My Stock, a product you hold in more than one batch shows the cap and order number under each row — "Flip-off · Order NX-0614" — so two rows of the same compound are not two identical rows. A product you hold as one batch shows no such line, because there is nothing to tell apart.
Underneath, 1 COA available says how many certificates the house has synced for it. Tap the row to read them.
