Checking In With People

This is one screen in PepStockApp StoreGoogle Play

On any client or reseller, Check in offers a set of messages to pick from — how they're getting on, what they're working towards, a restock nudge, an outstanding balance, a quiet-for-a-while opener.

Each one is filled in from their own record, so a message about a balance names the real figure and a restock nudge uses their real reorder date. A message PepStock can't fill honestly is simply not offered — you'll never see a `{date}` left in the text.

Edit it before it goes; a template is a starting point, not a script. It sends on whatever they actually use: text, WhatsApp and email open already written, while Telegram and Signal have no way to open with a message ready, so PepStock copies it for you to paste and says so.

Every message is signed with your business name — a reseller's messages carry their card, never yours.

Once you've checked in, that person drops off Needs a Check-In for two weeks. The quiet list is measured in orders, but it's a to-do list, and it shouldn't keep telling you to chase someone you chased this morning.
