Rep Sales Summary

This is one screen in PepStockApp StoreGoogle Play

Reports → Rep Sales Summary (CSV) puts every reseller side by side on one row each: units they hold, what that stock is worth at their rate, units sold, what they owe, what they've already put down, and the margin you make through each of them.

It's lifetime, not the 30/90/365 selector at the top of Reports. A figure whose date range comes from a control you can't see in the file is a figure nobody can reconcile — so this one always covers everything.

Units a reseller took for themselves get their own column, kept out of units sold, revenue and profit. Counting them would make a rep who sells nothing but consumes stock look like a performer; leaving them out entirely would leave you with stock gone from the shelf and nothing explaining it.

A reseller who has never sold shows a blank last-sale date rather than a zero one — they're exactly who you scan that column to find.

Every money and quantity column is net of refunds, and the file is identical on Android, column for column.
